My daughter is very happy with the erasable pens and the pen holder. However, she also ordered a stress-relief cat toy, and it is broken. There is a large tear at the neck, so the cat's head is likely to fall off soon. Very satisfied with everything else!

Je n’ai malheureusement pas reçu ma commande ! GLS est vraiment à fuir pour ma part . De plus les frais sont horrible et le colis n’arrive pas à destination !

The pens are great which is why I placed a large order as the whole family loves them. Sadly, 3 of them do not work, including the ladybird which is my younger daughter’s favourite. On the whole, a good product but probably better to buy in person to test first.

Alles schnell und unkompliziert abgelaufen. Einkauf,Ablauf, Bezahlung voll zufriedenstellend. Karton war beschädigt, so dass ich erst Angst hatte es ist auch was verloren. War aber alles vorhanden und intakt.
