Je trouve que le site est plutôt intuitif sauf pour les codes promos qui sont introuvables donc je n'ai pas pu utiliser celui que j'avais. Je trouve ça très embêtant et ça me fera fortement hésiter à repasser commande sur votre site.

Service après vente déplorable. J'ai commandé par erreur 2 même produits le 6/10. Demande retour d'un produit effectuée le 9/10 aucune réponse de Légami malgré 2 relances. Vraiment déçu du SAV. Bernard Tourret.

La gourde est déjà cassée, nous en avions acheté une première cet été à la boutique de San Remo, cassée aussi... Nous avions également acheté une trousse à San Remo cet été, fermeture éclair cassée aussi... A part les stylos, je ne recommande pas la marque Legami, c'est de la mauvaise qualité.

Schade, dass es keinen Österreichstandort gibt über den Bestellungen aufgegeben werden. Die Versandkosten von standardmäßig € 9 finde ich hoch für eine Bestellung im Wert von ca. €30. Da es genug österreichische Kunden gibt, wäre das ein guter neuer Standort. Ansonsten bin ich mit der Qualität der Produkte zufrieden. lg Helga

Delivery was ridiculously slow with no updates about what was happening. When I emailed to get more information, I got absolutely no response. Terrible customer service.
