Ich habe bei Legami Lesenzeichen bestellt und viel Versandkosten gezahlt. Dann kam leider ein falsches Motiv an. Ich habe mein Problem geschildert, aber ich wurde angewiesen das falsch zu reklamieren und zurück zu senden. Nicht sehr umweltfreundlich! Vorallem ist es nicht mein verschulden. Ich hätte mir ein nachträgliches kostenfreies Lesezeichen besser gefunden oder ein Kundengutschein?

I adore your products but your website is not easy to navigate. I could not find the correct size notebooks that I use. Eventually did but somehow ended up ordering the incorrect size which means I had to go through the returns process. I had already reordered the correct products but could do without the hassle

No responses when emailed numerous times, automated email back saying their customer service email is not working, and 3 days in a row “out for delivery” yet no delivery attempts even made. Still waiting on my order for a month now… Terrible customer service

Bonjour, Je suis très déçue de ma commande par internet . Déjà lorsque l’on a une demande , la réponse de légami sont en langue étrangère et de plus lorsque nous voulons échanger ou se faire rembourser un article nous ne pouvons pas le faire en boutique. De plus je trouve que le site n’est pas simple pour faire une demande de retour . Bonne journée
