Aufgrund, angeblich, fehlenden Informationen meiner Adresse,wird meine Bestellung wieder zurück geschickt. Von Seiten Legami kam keine Information, dass mit den Angaben nicht stimmt. Leider gibt es kein Ostergeschenk für meine Tochter! P.s. Bei 10 Euro Versandkosten aus Italien kann man, auch GLS, mehr Kompetenz erwarten!

Es hat alles prima geklappt. Artikel waren gut verpackt und einwandfrei. Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Wir werden sicher wieder bestellen. Nur leider ist der Versand sehr hoch.

we really enjoy the online the shopping experience however i'd like to make a few suggestion about the package , perhaps gift package service could be offered and also when we buy pens , can it be gently placed in a bag not just throwing around the box as sometimes we could really missed it .. i think the online shopping website design is pleasant and easy to use but unboxing experience didn't meet the same expectation as in store and again gift package service could be offered as sometimes its for gifts . many thanks

Ordering straightforward. Delivery to UK was slow and concerning. The website gives 5 to 8 days for delivery to the UK. Order date 16th March. Tracking indicated that the parcel was despatched on 19th, arrived in Frankfurt on 20th March and was still there on the 26th March. It was finally delivered to my UK address on 28th after several emails sent to Legami Customer Service none of which received satisfactory explanations for the delay and why it had sat in Frankfurt for 6 days.
