Il Negozio è molto fornito è ci sono spesso tutte le taglie... Manca un trattamento migliore per il clienti abituale. Però il sito di per sé ha prezzi interessanti. Personale che vedo che mette impegno per assistere e abbastanza preparato.

This is a good product and highly rated. However, I did not realise that it was being dispatched from Italy via a German courier hence the exceptional time it took from ordering to delivery. I was disgusted by the fact that I ordered it in GBP (Sterling) and was billed in Euros which resulted in the bank having fun with the exchange rate. Either sell your products in one currency or the other and make it absolutely clear to the purchaser what the real cost will be.

We order a pellet stove, which the electrics did not work, at the begin of december. Sent it back on the 17th dec by your courier. Still waiting for a replacement. Very disappointed with the company

I purchased this item as it had a 3/4 day delivery. The item was originally due to arrive on the 23rd Dec and disappointedly didn’t. I then engaged with company who instantly blamed the courier company who they of course sub contract. The second delivery date is earmarked for the 29 December in which I doubt will arrive and I’m the one who in turn has to engage with both courier and original company in order to find where my commodity is. I’ve learnt a valuable lesson here and will not be purchasing again. Shocking customer service whose lame apologies doesn’t come near my disappointment.
