Ho acquistato una licenza di Adobe Acrobat "perpetua" la spiegazione per l'installazione non mi era chiara ma , un ottimo supporto ha risolto il problema con un collegamento da remoto. Chat supporto su whatsapp rapida e precisa.

Compré Microsoft Access 2019. El programa daba errores al instalarlo en windows 11, pero me atendieron rápidamente y solucionaron el problema accediendo a mi portátil de forma remota. El técnico dedicó casi una hora a configurar mi portatil para que el programa funcionara. Creo que es un archivo que no funcione bien con Windows 11, pero se agradece todo el esfuerzo de Macrosoft por solucionar el problema. Si hay que decir algo negativo es que los emails son en italiano.

Since purchasing which is over a week and a half now I have not received the software, they want me to jump through hops to obtain it, instead of just sending it to me, they wanted me to use a bogus email address to obtain it which I have no access to that email account. NOT recommended

Pessimo acquisto, per quanto mi riguarda hanno perso un cliente. Ho acquistato Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2024, ma non ha mai funzionato. Microsoft Office 2024 ha funzionato malissimo. L'assistenza non ha mai risolto il problema. Ho dovuto disinstallarli e ricomprali da un altro sito e funzionano perfettamente. Gli metto una stella perchè meno si poteva.

Recensione per MACROSOFT – Serietà, supporto e affidabilità Qualche sera fa ho acquistato una licenza di Windows 11 Pro tramite il sito di MACROSOFT, un’azienda specializzata nella vendita di software e licenze di seconda mano. Il pagamento è avvenuto senza problemi tramite carta, e già il giorno seguente ho ricevuto tutto il necessario via e-mail, come da loro procedura: link per il download del software e product key per l’attivazione. Dopo l’installazione, però, ho notato che la chiave fornita non attivava correttamente il prodotto. Senza perdere tempo, ho contattato il loro servizio clienti, e con grande efficienza mi hanno risposto nel giro di pochi minuti. Nel corso di poche ore, mi è stata inviata una nuova chiave perfettamente funzionante, risolvendo così ogni problema. Ci tengo a sottolineare l’estrema disponibilità e professionalità dello staff MACROSOFT: non solo vendono prodotti a un ottimo prezzo, ma offrono anche un’assistenza concreta e veloce, cosa non scontata in questo settore. Consiglio vivamente questa azienda a chiunque voglia acquistare software in modo sicuro, legale e con la tranquillità di essere supportato in caso di imprevisti. My licence stoped after 4 days, and they insist they have to access my pc to fix it and there's no problem.. fishi... Later the admited there was a problem with my user but still refuse to refund as I got the real adobe meanwhile..
