ho avuto bisogno dell'assistenza perché non mi accettava il codice di attivazione il problema è stato risolto dopo una settimana per un semplice problema causato da voi.

2 Hello My purchase was unsuccessful. I did not receive the product I purchased. The product I purchased would have been Autocad LT 2027. The email address and password I received did not work. After trying for a while, I decided to give up on my purchase. I will inform Klarna (the payment was processed through Klarna) and Macrosoft customer service that I am canceling the order because I could not install Autocad LT 2027. I hope Klarna has received the money back. I am sad that things did not work out. Obviously the instructions should have been seuraavasti do this first do this and then this and so on 2 Best regards

la conclusione dell'acquisto è stata rapida, in quanto all'assistenza post vendita a supporto dell'installazione, sono passate ore prima che qualcuno si facesse vivo e solo dopo numerosi solleciti. Pessima esperienza.

assistenza acquisto ottima, in pochi minuti ho avuto le risposte che mi servivano e in neanche un ora avevo il prodotto installato. il problema sta nel prodotto acquistato, in quanto si tratta di una versione "didattica" e non "commerciale". Pur non avendo limitazioni tale versione del software non può essere utilizzato a scopo lavorativo e quindi installato su pc aziendali. Questo "dettaglio" dovrebbe essere evidenziato prima di procedere all'acquisto, purtroppo non ce scritto da nessuna parte.

I bought a copy of Photoshop, but I got installation instructions in Italian. I kindly replied by asking instructions in Dutch or English, and in return I got a document in German..useless for me, I don't speak Italian nor German. When I asked to cancel my purchase and get a refund, I got no answer. Still hoping to get a decent answer..

Il link fornitomi, contrariamente agli altri programmi, non mi ha consentito di installare Photoshop... Inesistente l'assistenza... Non lo trovo corretto a fronte di una spesa piuttosto elevata!

pour la partie achat pas de soucis tout cela, c'est fait vite mais pour la partie technique sur whatapps pour fusionné les comptes entre eux la c est autre chose j'y suis depuis 12h00, il est 17h00 et toujours rien. pourtant la personne a bien toutes les infos mais c est trop long et en plus il faut redonner des infos déjà donné dans la conversation . j espère que l on va y arriver Alexandre

Il programma venduto non è una vera licenza commerciale, ma solo una versione per studenti.. scaricata da Autodesk. Autocad è acquistabile solo in affitto. Poi mi sono accorto che siamo a timoscioara.

J'ai acheté une version Office 2011 car mon Mac (version OSX catalina) tournait avec ça avant qu'un bug me fasse disparaitre mon office, mais impossible à ré installer cette version, en plus, en italien!!!

My licence stoped after 4 days, and they insist they have to access my pc to fix it and there's no problem.. fishi... Later the admited there was a problem with my user but still refuse to refund as I got the real adobe meanwhile..
