Merce buona, comunicazione al cliente non eccelsa

Quello che dice non ha senso della comunicazione con il cliente non eccelsa abbiamo 5 sistemi di comunicazione, telefono fisso, numero verde, chat, whatsapp, email e rispondiamo in tempo reale, mi trovi un altro sito che abbia tutti questi mezzi di comunicazione con il cliente e che rispondano in tempo reale.

Ho acquistato questo dissuasore per 60 euro visto anche su altri siti a euro 20. Decido di acquistarlo qui perché marchiato uzi nota nel settore per la sua qualità. Quando questo arriva noto con stupore che del marchio uzi non vi è ombra né sulla scatola né sul prodotto. Allora mi reco sul sito uzi e questo prodotto non esiste proprio nel loro catalogo. Faccio presente la cosa a Military world e si offrono di prendere in reso il prodotto e di restituire i soldi, Continuando però a dire che il prodotto è marchiato uzi. Questo atteggiamento di spacciare prodotti di marca per venderli al triplo di quanto lo vendono altri siti non è serio e soprattutto sgradevole. A me il prodotto serviva e quindi non avevo tempo per restituirlo e comprarne un altro. Una cosa è certa che questa è stata la prima ed ultima volta che acquisto da voi.

Prima di tutto il dissuasore che ha acquistato non e quello che vede su altri siti a 20,00 euro, noi abbiamo solo articoli professionali di marca, il dissuasore da lei acquistato e prodotto dalla UZI e le ho dato anche il link dove poterlo andare a visionare e le ho inviato la fattura del rappresentante della UZI dove noi acquistiamo e non si permetta di dire che spacciamo prodotti di marca per venderli al triplo questa e una calunnia in oltre ha il diritto di recesso e le e stato proposto di mandarcelo indietro a nostre spese e le avremmo fatto il rimborso ma lei ha rifiutato, piu' di questo non e possibile fare per un cliente in oltre poco esperto nel settore, comunque i clienti come lei e meglio perderli che acquistarli, vada a fare acquisti su altri siti vista la persona sara' sempre insoddisfatto, da noi e la prima e l'ultima volta che acquista il suo account e stato bloccato.
