Seit über 25 Jahren verwende ich den universell einsetzbaren Musetti Rossa. Es ist ein wunderbarer Café und ich werde ihn weiter verwenden. Der Musetti Shop liefert mir innerhalb weniger Tage stets zuverlässig die Ware. Er ist in Geschäften in Österreich nur schwer zu bekommen. Danke an den Musetti Shop. Utilizzo il versatile caffè Musetti Rossa da oltre 25 anni. È un caffè meraviglioso e continuerò a usarlo. Il Musetti Shop consegna sempre il mio ordine in modo affidabile entro pochi giorni. È difficile da trovare nei negozi in Austria. Grazie al Musetti Shop!

Le suivi de la commande n'a pas fonctionné. La réponse aux demandes est faite assez rapidement. Correct, sans plus.

Malheureusement, nous avons rencontré des problèmes pendant la période des fêtes de fin d'année, les transporteurs ayant accumulé des retards dans les livraisons et le système de suivi général ayant connu des dysfonctionnements. Leider warten wir immer noch auf den bestellten Kaffee (Bestellung 09.01.). Bei einer zusätzlichen Versandgebühr von 10€ ist das deutlich zu lange und nicht akzeptabel.

No five stars because your mailings can be quite confusing. Perhaps because there's no distinction between existing and new customers. An announced discount promotion turned out to be false. No five stars either because of your transport. In the Netherlands, that's DPD. The fact that it's unnecessarily delivered to the neighbors is probably an isolated incident. But the fact that there's little or no information about when it will be delivered—not even on which day and certainly not at what time—is very impractical. The coffee is excellent, and we hope to enjoy it for a long time to come. 5 Stars.

Ottima esperienza!!!! Come sempre il caffè non si smentisce mai…. Un unico neo non di poco conto il prezzo un po’ elevato
