Prices are good but the entire del experience was a horror show taking over 8 days to get my order delivered.

Unparalled customer support. All my reasonable requests were swiftly completed. Love the environment friendly packaging. Too bad that they don't deliver to the Philippines. Haven't tried the Pecorino yet but the Parmigiano is the best tasting cheese for me!!! Will definitely order again when we're back in Europe.

I like nearly everything about Parma Shop. My relatives LOVE the gifts I buy for them from Parma Shop. However, it is a little bit difficult to find out which items can be shipped to America. I had multiple items in my shopping cart. I went to checkout multiple times. Each time I received -- at the last minute -- a message saying that one item could not be shipped to America. Then I would start again, replacing the item with something else. Then I would go back to checkout and get the same message. I wish the website had an easy way to sort those items that are available for shipment to America.
