Très bon produit mais très mauvaise expérience avec le transporteur Fedex : 1 jour en Italie et 6 jours en France avant d'être livrée. Les produits(parmesan) étaient à 24°, il n'y avait plus de glace.

I am always happy to shop with ParmaShop! Excellent selection at competitive prices. My order was shipped without delay, and when UPS managed to deliver my package to the wrong address, Chiara at ParmaShip's customer service department was helpful in investigating the situation. Unfortunately, the package was lost, but Chiara arranged for the prompt dispatch of the replacement package, which was delivered without problems.

Shipping to US was pretty fast but no access to updates until it was in country. Everything well packed (10 kg) and arrived as described, although the cold packs were no longer viable. Ultimately, I recommend and will order again.

The products are great and shipping time and costs were quite reasonable - but I wasn't aware that I would - in addition to the invoice price - pay customs in the UK, which I only learned when UPS went to deliver. This added a substantial amount to the price, making this purchase too expensive.
