Ho avuto bisogno di tempo per assaggiare in Parmigiano Reggiano 36m, il salame di felino, il Culatello, il lambrusco. I sapori, che non puoi pretendere dei tempi passati, sono stati tutti superiori alle migliori aspettative. Dice il padrone di un ottimo ristorante sui colli Uganei, a Castelnuovo: "il mangiare bene è vita!". Aggiungo: è cultura! ParmaShop è stato superiore. Grazie al suo personale, competente.

Ho acquistato lo stesso prodotto 2 anni fa e oggi ma ho trovato un peggioramento in quanto la qualità è diminuita e il prezzo è troppo alto per un Parma di 4,5 kg. Quindi non comprerò ancora da parmashop
