Our shopping experience with ParmaShop was exceptional, even though it turned out to be an online shop rather than a physical storefront. Upon arriving at their order processing facility, the staff exceeded all expectations. The owner welcomed us warmly, gave us a detailed introduction to their products—including Parmigiano Reggiano and balsamic vinegar - and a sample to enjoy. The ease of purchase was remarkable- they prepared our order while we were there and facilitated a seamless shipping process to the U.S. The package arrived in just two days, adhering perfectly to their shipping terms. Their customer service was outstanding, combining efficiency with a personal touch. We particularly appreciated their hospitality and willingness to accommodate us, even in a non-traditional shopping setting. We had no dislikes - the entire experience was smooth, professional, and delightful. Highly recommended for both product quality and customer service excellence!

Acquistare su Parma shop è una garanzia per quanto riguarda la qualità e la bontà ; il prezzo è mediamente più alto ma non ci sono sorprese ed il livello è molto alto. Ho sempre fatto ottima figura con gli omaggi anche fuori regione. Consigliatissimo! Veloci nella spedizione.
