Some delivery issues caused by FedEx not Parmashop. But they communicated well and were very helpful. All resolved and products arrived!

Auch wenn Parmashop offensichtlich nichts dafür kann, aber wenn UPS die Lieferung zwei Mal verzögert und der zwar professionell mit Kühlpads verpackte Parmesan dann aufgrund der sommerlichen Temperaturen komplett verschimmelt ankommt ist das extrem ärgerlich, noch dazu, wenn man das teuerste Produkt gewählt hat. Noch mehr ärgert aber die Tatsache, dass ParmaShop bis heute nicht auf die schriftliche Reklamation per eMail mit Photo reagiert hat. ParmaShop sollte für solche Vorfälle bei UPS doch wenigstens versichert sein. Keine Bestellung mehr bei ParmaShop, Newsletter abgemeldet.
