Oh My! We ordered the Borgataro Mountain Reggiano with the Saporoso Balsamic vinegar and it is just Exquisite! This cheese when heated has an intense flavor that is unmatched anywhere here in the USA. I mainly make cheese sauce for angel hair pasta. One of the packages of cheese was not vacuum packed but was sealed and seemed to be no worse for the ware. It got here in 3 days! The Saporoso Balsamic 6 year is very good and can't wait to order the trio of Balsamics of different ages! One day I had some acid reflux and decided to take a teaspoon of the Balsamic and lo and behold my acid reflux disappeared immediately! I read somewhere that a lady's Nona wrapped her Reggiano in a damp cotton dish cloth and put it in the refrigerator and so that is what I did, and it works beautifully. I am very grateful to the Parmashop for being able to experience these native products. Thank you for the opportunity! I will be ordering again soon.
