Il culatello è un po’ troppo saporito. La consegna è stata molto Penosa! Non solo in ritardo (dopo il Natale) ma, ad un certo punto, non si trovava più il pacco spedito.

Je me suis plein du transporteur qui ne se donne pas la peine de sonner et qui remet directement le colis en point relais. Le service commerciale n’envisage pas de déposer une plainte chez le transporteur et ne répond pas à ma demande de compensation commerciale. Vu l’antériorité de mon compte et le montant des commandes passées, ce comportement me paraît déplacé

After 2 weeks not yet received my parcel. UPS courrier has been appalling

Dear Catherine, I have contacted you on October 26th as UPS has tried to deliver your parcel but was unable as the access code was missing. I then contacted you to ask you the information required. However, you never replied. As a consequence, I suggest to read my email so that you can still pick up the package. UPS offers a great service (infact, the parcel was out for delivery after 3 days from the purchasing) and we always take care of all the shipments and want to satisfy our customers in the very best way. Also, we suggest that you add the access code for the future orders, so that there will be no problems at all. Kind regards ParmaShop

It never arrived!! I've contacted customer service 3 times and they have done nothing to resolve this or replace the product

I have ordered parmesan cheese from your site for many years and the product has been wonderful. The 3 wedges I recently ordered arrived warm and the cheese is a very dense, waxy texture without the usual flavor. I'm not sure if the product or the temperature was the problem so I will likely find another source.

Dear Customer, we are very surprised, precisely because you are a long-time customer and you should know the quality of our products and especially the way we work. Our Customer Service is always ready to answer questions and help in case of any doubt or problem and, perhaps, if one of the many orders you placed did not go smooth from your point of view, an email, message and request of advise would have been the solution. We are sorry we have never received something similar, but only a negative review.

J'ai acheté un Fiochetto qui est tellement sec que je ne peux pas le couper ni avec un couteau à jambon ni avec une machine à jambon.J'ai signalé le problème,on m'a répondu que l'on me ferait une remise de 15 € sur ma prochaine commande.Cette réponse ne me satisfait pas du tout .Je suis client depuis plusieurs années ,c'est mon premier litige avec Parmashop....et mon dernier car je n’achèterai plus chez eux.Quelle confiance avoir dans un marchant qui n'assure pas vraiment un suivi de ses clients lorsqu'il y a un réel problème Ho comprato un Fiochetto che è così secco che non posso tagliarlo né con un coltello da prosciutto né con una macchina per il prosciutto. Ho segnalato il problema,mi hanno risposto che mi avrebbero fatto uno sconto di 15 € sul mio prossimo ordine.Questa risposta non mi soddisfa affatto . Sono cliente da diversi anni ,questa è la mia prima controversia con Parmashop.... e l'ultimo perché non comprerò più da loro.Quale fiducia avere in un commerciante che non assicura realmente un seguito ai suoi clienti?quando c'è un problema reale.

Cher client, bonjour - nous sommes désolés pour votre insatisfaction, bien que nous ayons répondu rapidement à votre e-mail en vous proposant une solution qui pourrait être suivie d'une réponse de votre part. Si ce n'était pas satisfaisant pour vous, nous aurions pu clarifier en interne. Nous pouvons voir dans l'historique de vos commandes que vous avez toujours commandé du Prosciutto di Parma AOP, vous avez donc toujours été très satisfait. Le produit acheté avec la dernière commande est un Fiocchetto di Prosciutto, qui est très différent du jambon de Parme à la fois parce que c'est une coupe différente et parce que la consistance est très différente. Le Fiocchetto est, par sa nature, beaucoup plus sec et étant une pièce noire, il doit être traité avant même d'être coupé, selon les instructions que nous prenons toujours soin d'inclure dans l'emballage. Le produit est mis à tremper dans l'eau et le vin pendant de nombreuses heures, afin de ramollir la partie externe, puis est coupé exclusivement à la trancheuse, jamais au couteau. Pas pour cette raison, le produit envoyé est un mauvais produit - bien au contraire. Notre service client est toujours prêt à répondre à vos questions et à vous envoyer des éclaircissements en cas de doute, avant et après la passation de commandes, ainsi qu'à rechercher, avec vos clients, des solutions appropriées pour chaque cas individuel.

Took 10 days to arrive. Ecological packaging apparently means plastic wrapped in plastic sheet and on top of that surrounded with shredded plastic

I don't typically write reviews but I want others to be aware of my experience. I read so many great comments about the excellent service and quick delivery that I decided to order this cheese for my husband's birthday. It was suppose to arrive 3 days before his birthday (July 2) but it never showed nor was I notified of the delay. So I emailed the company and heard Chiara who told me a week later the hold up was "operational delays", if my package cannot be located "you will get a full refund or a new shipment". The cheese arrived 2 weeks late. You could see that the fat had solidified after sitting in the warm temps for so long. Chiara told me the "product has arrived, and it has arrived perfectly" therefore I could not get a full refund or replacement. Chiara always responded quickly and refunded $10, however I was sorely disappointed and frustrated in their responsibility of delivering a great product in an efficient time.

Dear Customer, we thank you for sharing your experience, in spite of the 1 star-feedback that, unfortunately, does not fully consider the objectivity of facts - and it is a pity, in general, when customers "don't typically write reviews" but only report bad aspects of any experience. As our Customer Service already wrote you, we many times apologized for the delay, which was caused by operations at the Customs. This is a process that has to be considered when a customer imports into e non-EU country, and this process delayed your delivery. As the estimated delivery date was not respected, we issued a partial refund. We further confirm that the pictures you sent to our Customer Service showed a good cheese. We would never assert that the cheese is good and safe to eat if it is not. We can understand your disappointment as the gift arrived late for the occasion. As per our conditions, any Customer can apply the Right of Withdrawal: any customer can withdraw from the contract by returning the product and obtain an immediate full refund, as the Customer Service reminded you privately. The full refund was not issued as we never received this order back.
