Your website is not the best in terms of presentation and functionality. The products country restrictions are not clear. The products details are omitted sometimes like the ml of containers.

We bought 3x1.350 kg, aged 24 months Parmigiano cheese from the foot hills. (Medium priced product). The order and delivery process was top, but the quality of the cheese is a bit dissapointing. The taste is very mild and not much crystalization is present. I dare to say the quality is no better or perhaps even not as good as the average parmigiano you buy from any supermarked in blocks of 200 grams.

J’ai commande du parmesan....le meilleur Bonat Comme nous sommes en periode de long week end la livraison a pris 5 jours... Emballer ce parmesan dans du carton .....cela ne m’etait jamais arrive avant.....pas top du tout Patrick Stevens

Products are top quality but delivery is a disaster. I did not receive notification that they came to the house and I had to look deeply in their systems to find out where it was. In the end it waited one week with the transporter and not in a fridge...

Giudizio positivo. E' comunque spiacevole constatare che il peso del prodotto ricevuto si discosta da quanto scelto al momento dell'acquisto. Mi riferisco al mio recente acquisto di Prosciutto Crudo Boschi trancio: peso offerto Kg. 2,1, pervenuto meno di Kg. 2, peso del sacchetto di plastica compreso. Alberto Giangrande

Gentile Cliente, la ringraziamo per il tempo a noi dedicato e ci fa molto piacere che il Prosciutto sia stato di suo gradimento. Per quanto riguarda il peso del prodotto, come scritto sul nostro sito, è prevista una tolleranza dell'8% (in eccesso o in difetto) proprio perché si tratta di prodotti tagliati artigianalmente, per i quali è molto difficile garantire sempre un taglio preciso. Noi, come azienda, ci impegniamo sempre ad introdurre un piccolo omaggio, a maggior ragione nei casi in cui il peso sia leggermente in difetto. Nel suo caso, abbiamo deciso di aggiungere il sugo Bruschetta. Ci auguriamo che possa tornare presto da noi e di riuscire a soddisfarla pienamente. Alla prossima, ParmaShop

The products are great and shipping time and costs were quite reasonable - but I wasn't aware that I would - in addition to the invoice price - pay customs in the UK, which I only learned when UPS went to deliver. This added a substantial amount to the price, making this purchase too expensive.

Ordering is fine and easy. Shipping out of country is poor at best. They do not utilize enough dry ice to keep the contents adequately cold. My order arrived a day earlier than expected; but the cheeses were room (ambient) temperature. Not the least bit chilled.

très satisfait des produits, de l'emballage mais je trouve les frais de port "démeusurés" 13€ 19€ de supplément alors que l'on est presque voisins. c'est dommage

Cher client, merci pour le temps et pour les retours positifs sur nos produits. Les tarifs d'expédition demandés correspondent à un remboursement des frais pour arriver à destination, car notre politique est basée sur des prix transparents. Sur notre boutique en ligne, ils sont donc réduits au minimum. Malheureusement, atteindre un endroit sur une île, ou dans les montagnes, ou dans le désert par voie terrestre coûte plus cher que d'atteindre un endroit sur le continent, malgré la proximité géographique. Pour cette raison, un supplément est demandé, toujours calculé sur la base du poids volumétrique de la commande. Nous vous remercions de votre compréhension et de votre confiance. I love you products, but the last two times, the cheese has been room temperature, when they arrived at my house in Denmark. I hope you can find a solution to keep them cold all the way to Denmark.

2 Körbe zur gleichen Zeit bestellt, Lieferorte nicht weit voneinander entfernt. Die eine Lieferung wurde am 5. April zugestellt, die andere heute (11. April) noch pendent!

The delivery was late. The packaging was really really bad. Not easy to open and very difficult to discard foam insert and other unmentioned materials. I’m sure the cheese will be great. Hence, the 3 stars instead of 1.

Thank you for your feedback, although we are sorry to read non positive reviews when things go objectively smooth. We try to do our best, and this was true also for your order. It was placed in a night before a National holiday in Italy (on the 8th of December), thus shipped the following available day (on the 9th evening). It was delivered in 3 working days, shipped from Parma to the US. Packaging includes a polystirene box to protect temperature and we also try to close the parcel well in order no to damage products inside. Best regards, ParmaShop

Impostare le sequenze di pagamento in modo più ordinato, sequenziale e schematizzare meglio

Purtroppo oltre il prezzo del salame felino di Eur 38 si aggiungono 16 Eur per spese di trasporto, 17 Eur di dogana e infine Eur 21 per "costi aggiuntivi" di dogana. Total quasi Eur 100.-- (spedizione per la Svizzera). Il salame comunque é ottimo! Cionondimeno non potrò più ordinarne dell'altro.

Gentile cliente, la ringraziamo molto per il feedback sul prodotto Salame di Felino IGP, effettivamente molto apprezzato da tantissimi nostri clienti. Purtroppo, nonostante in molti casi il dazio non sia applicabile (soprattutto per acquisti di importo basso), le dogane possono applicare dei costi di gestione per l'espletamento delle procedure burocratiche (che non sono fissi, per cui non possono essere calcolati in anticipo da parte nostra). Ci dispiace molto che tali costi, purtroppo dovuti, siano risultati esosi. Ci auguriamo che ci saranno comunque altre occasioni per gustare i nostri prodotti.
