The website, product description is very true to what you receive and good. However this is the third time I order and since the shipment come from overseas it is always the ice pack mended and the cheese come soft or spoiled, please figure out a better way to keep the product cold. Otherwise you have wonderful products. The previous time I ordered I have to throw away the three big item of cheese because they were melted soft and spoiled. Thank you

Il pacco non è arrivato lo spedizioniere deve aver fatto un danno e ha rimandato il pacco a parmashop. Sto aspettando che mi sia rimandato.

Ich habe vor allem wegen dem Parma Schinken bestellt. Der ist picobello. 2 Punket Abzug: Hohe Versandkosten und zusätzlicher Zoll für die Schweiz machen das Produkt deutlich teurer; auch weil man zu einem recht hohen Mindestbetrag bestellen muss. Die Deklaration von Mortadella Bologna und Coppa di Parma ist nicht vollständig. Ich wollte Produkte ohne Nitritpökelsalz wählen; im Beschrieb der Inhaltsstoffe wurde es nicht erwähnt, also bestellte ich. Auf dem Produkt selber war dann Nitritpökelsalz deklariert. Ich weiss nicht, ob ich so Parmaschinken wiederbestellen werde, wenn das so teuer kommt.

The products are great, transportation is a disaster, don't use FedEx anymore please. They promised delivery on a Thursday before 18, the products was delivered three days later Best regards

Your website is not the best in terms of presentation and functionality. The products country restrictions are not clear. The products details are omitted sometimes like the ml of containers.

We bought 3x1.350 kg, aged 24 months Parmigiano cheese from the foot hills. (Medium priced product). The order and delivery process was top, but the quality of the cheese is a bit dissapointing. The taste is very mild and not much crystalization is present. I dare to say the quality is no better or perhaps even not as good as the average parmigiano you buy from any supermarked in blocks of 200 grams.

J’ai commande du parmesan....le meilleur Bonat Comme nous sommes en periode de long week end la livraison a pris 5 jours... Emballer ce parmesan dans du carton .....cela ne m’etait jamais arrive avant.....pas top du tout Patrick Stevens

Products are top quality but delivery is a disaster. I did not receive notification that they came to the house and I had to look deeply in their systems to find out where it was. In the end it waited one week with the transporter and not in a fridge...

Giudizio positivo. E' comunque spiacevole constatare che il peso del prodotto ricevuto si discosta da quanto scelto al momento dell'acquisto. Mi riferisco al mio recente acquisto di Prosciutto Crudo Boschi trancio: peso offerto Kg. 2,1, pervenuto meno di Kg. 2, peso del sacchetto di plastica compreso. Alberto Giangrande

Gentile Cliente, la ringraziamo per il tempo a noi dedicato e ci fa molto piacere che il Prosciutto sia stato di suo gradimento. Per quanto riguarda il peso del prodotto, come scritto sul nostro sito, è prevista una tolleranza dell'8% (in eccesso o in difetto) proprio perché si tratta di prodotti tagliati artigianalmente, per i quali è molto difficile garantire sempre un taglio preciso. Noi, come azienda, ci impegniamo sempre ad introdurre un piccolo omaggio, a maggior ragione nei casi in cui il peso sia leggermente in difetto. Nel suo caso, abbiamo deciso di aggiungere il sugo Bruschetta. Ci auguriamo che possa tornare presto da noi e di riuscire a soddisfarla pienamente. Alla prossima, ParmaShop

The products are great and shipping time and costs were quite reasonable - but I wasn't aware that I would - in addition to the invoice price - pay customs in the UK, which I only learned when UPS went to deliver. This added a substantial amount to the price, making this purchase too expensive.

Ordering is fine and easy. Shipping out of country is poor at best. They do not utilize enough dry ice to keep the contents adequately cold. My order arrived a day earlier than expected; but the cheeses were room (ambient) temperature. Not the least bit chilled.
