Hello, This was a very unpleasant experience. Originally, I had placed an order on the 29th of October and had been told to wait as they shipped from Italy. I was very understanding as I live in the US. I have waited, and still have not received my order. Their response to me was particularly rude and shady, as they told me that it would “sit in customs for a few months and that I was told that customs was becoming tighter”. I was being blamed, essentially, for not getting my order. They made no effort to make it right or reimburse me and told me that they “could not help me as they had other people to help” when I had followed up about not receiving my order. Please do not order from this company.

Dear customer, the parcel from the tracking provided to you and which you find in your account shows that the parcel was delivered on October 25th and appears foramto with your name. He must contact UPS (courier) support. we did everything we could. We have contacted the Italian assistance for foreign shipments and confirm that the package has been delivered and signed by you. We are giving you all the necessary assistance but we cannot do more than this. Before he made the order we told you that the times could be long because between different continents the times are long because beyond the journey there is customs. I hope he resolves soon with UPS or as already mentioned the package may be in the office or delivered to a relative. He has to put himself in our packs, if a package is delivered and signed by the recipient we cannot do much believe it.
