Le transporteur que vous travaillez avec n est pas serieux je devais avoir mon produit le 02/10/2024 entre 11hoo et 14hoo car jai recu un mail de ce transporteur et mon produit n est toujour pas arrivé Jai mon.client qui n est pas content car je devais terminer sa moto vendredi le 6/10/2024 Je serais plus client chez vous on ma conseiller Quel geste commercial vous me faite pour ce désagrément et mz dite pas c est ma faute du transporteur jai fais mon achat chez vous donc code juridique de vente en ligne vous ete le seul responsable du bon déroulement

Tardo casi un mes en llegar porque según la empresa de reparto faltaba una factura, encima cuando llega ,me faltaba un producto que no voy a poder tener por qué aunque lo pague se les olvidó incluirlo en el embalaje

Esperienza pessima, non mi è arrivato l’omaggio che mi era stato promesso inoltre un adesivo presenta difetti estetici evidenti… segnalato per email ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta, se si legge sulle condizioni in caso di reclami bisogna mandare una lettera raccomandata (la PEC non esiste?) alla loro sede legale (siamo nel 2021?)
