Ordering was easy. After my payment, I received the products within a few working days. Savini Tartufi sent a track and trace, which is very convenient. The products were excellently packaged and I received them in goog condition. (My only suggestion here is to use a more environmental friendly filling material for padding.) Savini Tartufi offers a very pleasant online shopping experience.

We originally went out truffle hunting with Savini Tartufi’s exceptional canines! Such a special experience. While we had an opportunity to purchase some items, I was really hoping to fill our pantry once stateside in US. So easy, so fair, so efficient, so fun! We’ve been enjoying these treats amongst family and neighbors since our box arrived. All beautifully packaged- all delicious. Thank you for continuing our wonderful experience and memories!! Giudizio estremamente positivo. Oltre a fornire eccellenti prodotti, azienda molto seria e affidabile, disponibile al 100% verso i clienti, inoltre spedizione molto rapida. Non pensano esclusivamente ai soldi come la maggior parte delle aziende nella giungla in cui viviamo ma cercano di aiutare il cliente in tutto e per tutto per lasciarlo soddisfatto. Si è creato un piccolo inconveniente che hanno risolto egregiamente anche a costo di rimetterci di tasca loro. Unico piccolo neo negativo, che il servizio clienti non risponde facilmente alle email, probabilmente per la grande mole di lavoro. E’ il secondo ordine che effettuo nel giro di pochi mesi e sicuramente ne effettuerò in futuro degli altri oltre che consigliarlo ad amici e conoscenti. Azienda probabilmente a carattere familiare, da qui grande attenzione per il cliente. Rivenditore promosso a pieni voti e altamente consigliato. GC

Spedizione rapidissima, materiale imballato a perfezione, ottima scatola regalo. Peccato per il tartufo nero perché nonostante avesse un profumo eccezionale, al gusto non si è rivelato altrettanto all’altezza. Quindi di 3 stelle solo per la mancanza di sapore. Ma azienda seria e molto ben organizzata.

Tartufo Nero pregiato ottimo specialmente in cottura e in abbinamento ai sughi e salse di Savini Tartufi. Peccato non essere riuscito a avere lo sconto del 10% sul primo ordine iscrivendosi alla newsletter (non funziona il sito su questo)
