I am from The Netherlands, and in my country the airco units and accessories cost twice as much. Some products even 3 to 4 times as much. I ordered 4 indoor units, 2 outdoor units and cable, ducts etc.. And even with the shipping costs inclusief it cost me half of what I pay in my country. Delivery: Received all products in 6 working data. On day 5th I received a pallet with all the heavy stuff and some accessories, but I was missing all the ducts. I contacted the courier company and they had forgotten to load 2 big boxes. On the 6th they where delivered. Communication: You van email them in English and they respond in English to. Overall: A trustworthy company to deal with.
