Rapporto prezzo\qualità molto molto alto...ho chiamato un paio di volte il call senter per avere indicazioni sul bonifico per la detrazione e cercare di velocizzare il tutto e ho trovato personale cortese e competente....ordine fatto il 30/05 e condizionatore ricevuto il 7/06 (calcolando da festività del 2 giugno e relativo ponte fino al 4)...davvero un giudizio positivo...consiglio!

Ottima esperienza, unico neo, la comunicazione della disponibilità del prodotto e della spedizione del prodotto. Al momento dell'acquisto il prodotto risultava disponibile, dopo l'acquisto veniva indicato in una mail che il prodotto sarebbe stato spedito dopo 5 - 15 gg lavorativi. Poi non è stato così, perché dopo qualche giorno mi è stato recapitato, ma non ho gradito ricevere quel genere di comunicazione dopo aver effettuato il pagamento.

The air condition ceiling casette ist damaged by carriage. After recieve i make picture of the packet and the air condition, that show the bad condition of both, Immediatly. I repordet the damage 4 hours later by the dealer. More than 10 workingdays later i get the decision, that the damage is bad luck for me, but i shoult also be glad, pherhaps the funtional components still working.
