I purchased an “in stock” a/c unit after some back and forth with this retailer and a number of broken promises about delivery it transpired it wasn’t in stock. I asked for a refund - shop clima then ignored me until I involved PayPal, who arranged a refund on my behalf.

Alles Top, außer die Verpackung. 1.6m Kartons auf 1.2m Palette funktioniert nicht wirklich. Ein Gerät daher leicht Beschädigt, konnte aber verwendet werden.
