Buying the item was easy. However, post sales communication was very poor. I got no update on the delivery of my item to UK. The only way way I got any information was to contact the company first. When I did contact them (after the due date had passed). It was only then was I told that delivery of the item from the factory was delayed and that I had to pay an additional charge for delivery. This was some 4 - 5 weeks after I'd placed the order! When I said it wasn't acceptable, the response was 'take it or leave it'. No real concept of 'customer service'.

Die Bestellabwicklung lief zügig und problemlos. Da ich ein Außengerät für zwei Innengeräte bestellt habe, aber über den Shop nur ein innengerät ausgewählt habe, wurde sogar nachgefragt, ob die so gewollt ist. Sehr zuvorkommend.

Ho scoperto il sito, cercavo filtri x i miei daikin, dall.assistenza mi sparavano cifre esorbitanti.. ho scoperto sta azienda per caso ho i visto ottimi prezzi e ne ho ordinati 4.. La merce e' arrivata nel giorno prestabilito e tutto ben sigillato onde evitare fastidiosi danni. Venditore piu che affidale. Se avro bisogno sapro' a chi rivolgermi.
