I asked dispatching costs and estimated delivery to Finland in the end of April from Shopclima staff and they answered very quickly each time. Panasonic J-Series 16 kW Monoblock was out of stock and estimated delivery should have been in July or August. I was positively surprised when it arrived in two weeks later I sent payment through Paypal (before middle of May). Even the pump is not yet installed, I'm very satisfied. Shopclima staff is very frendly and service minded. I must recommend their shop. Thank you! Mika

Gentile cliente, siamo spiacenti ma purtroppo c'è stato un malfunzionamento del nostro sistema che non ci ha segnalato i ticket da leggere, motivo per cui non le abbiamo risposto celermente (come nostro solito). Per quanto riguarda i tempi di consegna ci scusiamo per il ritardo ma, con l'attuale carenza di materie prime, i nostri fornitori non riescono sempre a rispettare i tempi di fornitura.
