Gentile cliente, siamo realmente dispiaciuti che non abbia ancora ricevuto quanto acquistato sul nostro sito dato che abbiamo affidato la spedizione al corriere in data 7 settembre. Avrebbe potuto contattarci e segnalarci la mancata ricezione dell'ordine: avremmo potuto porre le nostre rimostranze al corriere e avremmo potuto sollecitare la consegna. Dopo aver preso visione della sua recensione abbiamo contattato il corriere e la informiamo che, dopo nostro sollecito, la consegna del suo ordine è prevista in giornata. Product is as expected--Daikin HPC, price was excellent (for a moment). Until, despite my numerous attempts to proactively make sure controls as included, I received an HPC without its much needed wall control--was assured it is included in the package. Was forced to purchase the controller as a separate item which made the HPC 20% more expensive...
