Absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr guter und schneller Support bei Fragen. Versand nach Deutschland ohne Probleme. Leider hat sich die Logistigfirma nicht telefonisch angemeldet. Palette war gut verpackt. Gerne wieder MfG T.Jost

Website: Clear website with also English language support. You will find everything you need. Price level: Price??? Owww where should I begin. I am from The Netherlands, and in my country the airco units and accessories cost twice as much. Some products even 3 to 4 times as much. I ordered 4 indoor units, 2 outdoor units and cable, ducts etc.. And even with the shipping costs inclusief it cost me half of what I pay in my country. Delivery: Received all products in 6 working data. On day 5th I received a pallet with all the heavy stuff and some accessories, but I was missing all the ducts. I contacted the courier company and they had forgotten to load 2 big boxes. On the 6th they where delivered. Communication: You van email them in English and they respond in English to. Overall: A trustworthy company to deal with.
