Luca and Robert were most helpful. Many logistical problems since they are in Italy and speak Italian, 9 hrs ahead of me in the U.S., and I only speak english but they always stayed in touch. It would be helpful if the website had actual images of the item, not an avatar representation to make choosing the pieces you need easier. But we got it all worked out! Thank you for all your help! It was a pleasure doing business with you. They have amazing things and are very helpful. I will be back to buy more from you!

L' articolo da me acquistato è stato conforme alle aspettative ; solo un lieve ritardo rispetto alla data prevista per la consegna , di cui peraltro il tolare mi ha tempestivamente informata . Aggiungo che èstato di una correttezza e gentilezza uniche per cui sono rimasta soddisfatta e se avrò altre occasioni riacquisterò senz' altro.
