Généralement satisfaisant, mais aucun effort ou proposition n'est fait pour satisfaire les demandes du clients. Erreur de notre part sur la commande des pompes spray, Stocksmetic ne veux pas les reprendres, mais ne propose pas de solution alternative. La documentation n'est pas conforme à la législation Europeen, Stocksmetic ne veut rien savoir. Dommmage car vos produits plaisent beaucoup à nos clients, pour information beaucoup de socièté française ne commande plus chez, vous pour cause de documentation non conforme. Il serai normal de pouvoir payer en temps que professionel à 30 jours.

Good products, but: Very high shipping prices compared to other companies. Also if you want to buy extra products post purchase (read extra pump caps) you have to order larger quantities.

Product is good, easy to select and tracking was good. However my samples were packed poorly with two bottles in one bubble wrap meaning one of them. was broken on arrival.

The cost of packaging transport is terribly high, especially considering the distance between Italy and Croatia, and the size of the order (the order itself is around €115, while the transport cost is €105). The waiting time for the goods is extremely long; I believe that waiting almost a month after placing an order is far too long. The products are expensive, but I find the packaging a bit more interesting and the quality good, so I accept these very unfavorable circumstances. Unfortunately, I am a small cosmetics producer, so I don’t have many choices, especially since I prefer glass packaging. The bright spot is the customer service and their Federica Ronchi, who responds promptly and is very helpful. I give three stars for the long wait for shipments, the transport and product costs, and the website, but not for the product quality and customer service.

The shopping experience was fine however this is my third order and two of the three times I've ordered items were damaged and/or missing completely. The glass jars ordered both times were only wrapped in thin material and shoved in a box before shipping. There was no tape to hold the thin material in place around each jar which resulted in some jars losing what little cushion the thin material provided and allowing bare glass to smash against other glass in the box. That coupled with the fact that there was no inner box to provide extra protection from damage of the outer box. I will more than likely not be placing orders in the future.

Bad experience with customer service representative , who did not try to solve a simple request regarding a product with a faulty design. Thus, I had to order the product again to see for myself if the design problem was solved or not (it was not).

3 of the 9 items came damaged and broken which was very disappointing and a waste of money. The glass jars were wrapped together in too little bubble wrap in a box that was too large. all items must have banged into each other during shipment and 3 broke.

1ere commande et mon avis est plutôt mitigée. Points négatifs : - Des articles commandés sans assurance de pouvoir le faire de nouveau - un délai de traitement de la commande beaucoup trop long， j’ai dû relancer 3 fois et attendre plus de 15 jours avant l’envoi Difficile de tenir des délais et de planifier ses productions * frais de port élevés Il faudrait prévoir d’autres alternatives à FedEx Points positifs : * site internet facile et agréable * service clients en français parfait (merci Federica)

The packaging is so bad. You put multiple glass items in one bag and didn’t expect it to break. Everything should be secured and packaged alone. It make it really uncomfortable to order if I’m not sure if I will get the item broken or not. This has happened multiple times and is very unacceptable packaging because the glass items you sell are very expensive and delicate. Please address the packaging team and make changes.
