Produits de qualités. Il est dommage d'avoir des frais de port aussi élevés sans aucun franco. Cela ajouté au fait qu'il n'y a pas de paiement à 30 jours, comme avec mes autres fournisseurs, m'a poussé à travailler avec d'autres fournisseurs sur mes autres produits.

The overall shopping experience was positive. The items I needed were on sale, which was greatly appreciated, as they are typically quite expensive for a small business like mine. I was also pleased with how quickly my order was shipped. However, I was disappointed that I was not provided with a tracking number or informed which shipping carrier would be handling my package. Additionally, I was caught off guard by the extra fees charged by UPS on top of the customs and tariff charges. While the products themselves are lovely, they did not arrive in the best condition. Many of the bottles have noticeable scuffs and scratches, almost as if they had been rolling around on a concrete surface before being packaged. The same issue applies to several of the lids, as the silver trim on them is visibly scratched and worn.

Previously, the packages were tightly packed, this time it was not, probably because I ordered without delivery. It is a pity that the ordered bottles are dusty and dirty.

Good service. Delivery was quick. Wish there was more variety of products. I wish the cream pump tubes came pre-cut. When ordering larger volumes it will be time consuming to cut these.

Nice products but disappointed as you have to chase them for the tracking details. Customers I sent multiple emails with attachments with useless updates. Why send me updates with missing tracking numbers? What do you want me to do with the info? Once an item is shipped you must update with the correct tracking numbers! Shame that a big company can’t get this basic diligence right.

The packing of this order was horrible. When received, the screen printing sample bottles were loose and rolling around. The largest, heaviest bottle was broken with shards of glass all over. I'm really surprised these bottles weren't packed more securely considering they were being shipped overseas.

Pratique de pouvoir commander les échantillons via le site. Nous souhaiterions cependant recevoir un échantillon et il n'est pas possible de passer commande pour un flacon uniquement, le service commercial ne peut pas non plus nous envoyer un échantillon, c'est dommage.

Le service client est très réactif et cela est très appréciable. Je note une étoile pour la qualité des produits, 1 étoile pour les tarifs proposés, une étoile pour la réactivité du service client. J'enlève une étoile pour les frais de livraison très élevés et une autre étoile pour la commande que je n'ai pas pu annuler (annulation dans les temps/mauvaise définition de la personnalisation d'une commande). Je pourrai enlever une autre étoile pour les erreurs récurrentes dans les livraisons (nombre, référence...) En effet, j'ai passé une commande, je me suis trompée dans la taille du compte-goutte, j'ai souhaité annulé avant le départ du colis pour reprendre la bonne taille mais cela m'a été refusé car soi-disant il s'agit d'une "commande personnalisée". Une commande personnalisée n'est pas un choix parmi les tailles proposées et en l'occurrence j'ai choisi parmi des tailles proposées. Une commande personnalisée est comme son nom l'indique, "personnalisée", elle ne peut pas être remise sur le marché. Donc attention aux tailles que vous commandez !
