The delivery took much longer than expected, and the package was unnecessarily large for the item inside. Because of its size, it could not fit in the parcel locker, so it had to be redirected to a pickup point, which was quite inconvenient. In addition, I expected the product to be more rigid and durable. It feels too soft and flimsy for its intended purpose. While the design is very attractive and visually appealing, that is unfortunately its main strength. The sunshade cover itself seems quite fragile, especially when compared to similar products on the market that are available at a lower price point. Overall, the product did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and robustness.

1st order 10th may soon as got to ups said missing invoice week later then still hadn't responded to myself or ups and was returned we then emailed again and was told to late to send back out refund on way they will redo and send us invoice that never happened end of May we finally got a refund but not full amount again had to email asking for remaining refund 2nd June finally got remaining refund so we decided to attempt it again as we wanted the items and now 2nd time its done it again been sitting at ups with missing invoice again tataway have not responded to us or ups and got message today after over week of waiting that its been returned to sender AGAIN ive asked for call back weve emailed and we get nowhere. Now gonna wait another few weeks for a refund this has been a joke and the fact tataway just ignore us and ups is not professional at all. 1st time was mistake 2nd is a habbit i would recommend anyone to order elsewhere im based uk and I won't be reordering so I advise people based elsewhere to buy elsewhere save your money, time and effort and energy and the upset as I now have 2 upset children who was looking forward to a themed car section for them
