Webdivino was easy to order from and shipped my order the next day to my home in Florence. The shipment was supposed to arrive the next day. Unfortunately, BRT cancelled the delivery and rescheduled it for the following day. However it took 5 days for the shipment to arrive and the wine was most likely sitting in a very hot truck during this time which I believe affected the taste of the Lugana white wine. Showing excellent customer service, Webdivino immediately contacted BRT to arrange delivery. I will definitely order from Webdivino again but always worry about BRT.
