Excellent service from Webdivino: quick reply to my inquiry email, prompt processing of the order, and delivery ahead of schedule. The only problem was the delivery company (TNT). Their website and tracking page did not allow me to adjust the time of delivery, and the driver did not contact me to arrange an alternative time when I was not home to receive the order. Instead, he just left my order (8 bottles) in front of my flat in an unsecured location.

Alcune piccole disattenzioni. Una scontistica sbagliata, che mi ha bloccato la spedizione (ma è il sistema operativo) Ho chiamato io per avere info e ho dovuto rifare l'ordine, perdendo 2 giorni L'errata indicazione del luogo del recapito, che io avevo indicato esatto in fase di ordine, che mi ha fatto slittare la consegna. Disattenzioni che con il vino in particolare, non dovrebbero accadere, soprattutto durante i periodi estivi. Malgrado ciò, mi ritengo soddisfatto, anche perchè ho trovato quello che cercavo. Per cui chiudo un occhio, ma una tiratina bonaria di orecchio la faccio. Comunicazione eccellente. Posso affermare che tornerò da voi in caso di necessità.
