Ho atteso una settimana per la conferma della prenotazione (rispetto alle 24 h dichiarate sul sito).L'assistenza clienti per quanto disponibile è con numero a pagamento. Furgone nuovissimo, nemmeno 3000 km, ma consegnato veramente in pessime condizioni. Il backoffice del punto di ritiro nel complesso è stato sempre disponibile,celere e gentile.

I ordered through Amicoblu but the vehicle was delivered at an Avis point in Viterbo. The agents arrived late and therefore I did not get away until 10am although I was there at the 09.00 requested time. The van was left very dirty inside the load compartment and the board flooring was badly damaged making it difficult to position the motorcycles I collected. Cab was clean. Side door alarm kept going off and was irritating when driving. I cleaned the contacts and it improved. The service reminder light started coming on after less than 300 kilometres and I had told the agent that I was going to do some 3500 kilometres when he asked. Normally I hjave excellent service from Maggiore/AmicoBlu in via Industria 46 therefore I am not complaining about them. I am complaining about the state of the van delivered to the Avis point, late, dirty and not properly serviced. I left this information in a written note when I delivered the van back and I left the van very much cleaner inside the load and driver compartments.
