Terrible customer service. They sent a different saddle model than I ordered. They told me to return it and place a new order (the order had a promotional code; a new order wouldn't have it). This is illegal under EU law, which holds the seller responsible for incorrectly processed orders. The product should be returned and the correct item shipped immediately. The seller has NO right to require a new order, especially if it is less advantageous for the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The order was processed quickly and without any problems. The shipment arrived in Poland within a few days. The shoes are of the highest quality. I recommend this store.

Shopping at fizik was great in some terms. But what is extremely disappointing is that you don't give any information about the width of the shoes. And those ferox 2 are super tight. Very disappointed

Although my two recent saddle purchases of the latest technology did not end up working out for me, Fizik's customer service and easy return process were outstanding. No extra fees or courier charges. Simple and easy to follow instructions. I will stay with my old Arione saddles for now. Thanks guys.

They have a very bed courier. Any change you make on your shipment of UPS website is useless. They take the update but they still deliver it to wrong address although my name does not exist on that address.

Sehr einfache und schnelle Bestellung und auch Lieferung in kürzester Zeit! Etwas überraschend war die kaputte und zerschnitte Verpackung der bestellten Ersatzteile im Umschlag, aber die dadurch im Umschlag lose befindlichen Einzelteile sind nach erstem Überblick vollständig!
