Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with the packaging and finishing of the mint boxes. They are not sealed in any way, which I find a bit concerning for a food product, as there is no way to tell whether a box has been opened before reaching the customer. The digital print itself looks okay, but the finishing around the printed area could be cleaner. The edges look somewhat uneven, almost as though the printed design was cut out with a pair of dull scissors without a clean, precise edge. This makes the final product look a little less professional than I had expected from a custom-printed item. In summary, I was very happy with the customer service and communication, but I think there is room for improvement when it comes to the sealing of the boxes, protective packaging, and the finishing quality of the custom print.
