Bruttissima esperienza.

The pump was great and what I ordered but the speed of the service was terrible. I ordered the pump on Friday and said it was urgent and then they didn't post it until the following Wednesday. They claimed that this was fair and within their time frame. That the Friday that I ordered it didn't count as a business day and the order was processed late on Tuesday as per their terms. Due to them processing it at the end of the day it missed the post so didn't get sent until Wednesday, a full five days after I ordered and paid for the product.
