Quest'olio dovrebbe avere lo 0,3% di aciditá, adesso io mi chiedo...ma tutti quelli che hanno dato tra le 4 e 5 stelle di Feeddback secondo me non hanno mai assaggiato l'olio buono, quest'olio ha minimo il 5% di aciditá e non lo 0,3% come in descrizione. Cotto l'aciditá non si sente ma a crudo messo sulle verdure, carni, ecc.. non lo si può usare perché lascia il retrogusto dell'aciditá

L' Olio Extravergine di Oliva deve avere un acidita massima dello 0,8% . Sopra non è considerato extravergine e sopra il 2% è considerato lampante e quindi non commestibile. L'olio Extra vergine di Oliva San Savino è una delle referenze più vendute e recensite positivamente dai nostri clienti. La sua affermazione di acidità minima del 5% non è contemplabile. Si tratterebe di un combustibile e in cottura prenderebbere fuoco 🙃
