You can submit a request if your experience with this company:

• ended more than 15 days ago (the automatic invitation has already expired)
• ended within the last 6 months (a review can no longer be left after 6 months)

To verify that this is a genuine experience, attach a proof of purchase (for example, the order confirmation e-mail). The following must be clearly visible:

• your e-mail address
• the name of the company you purchased from
• the order date
