Ottima esperienza in generale. Il lavoro di risuolatura è eccellente e sono soddisfatto della qualità dell'artigianato. L'unico suggerimento che vorrei offrire, nello spirito di migliorare un servizio già valido, è che sarebbe utile avvisare i clienti in anticipo se la suola di ricambio non corrisponde al tipo di battistrada originale. Nel mio caso, i miei scarponi avevano originariamente suole Vibram con un battistrada più aggressivo, ma mi sono stati restituiti con la suola Asolo Sigma, che ha un disegno meno aggressivo. Riservo il giudizio sulle prestazioni finché non avrò avuto modo di provarli sul sentiero, quindi potrebbe non essere un problema. Tuttavia, poiché la scelta della suola/battistrada può influire sulle prestazioni su terreni diversi, un breve avviso preventivo (anche solo un'email di conferma sulla suola che verrà utilizzata) permetterebbe ai clienti di esprimere una preferenza o almeno di sapere cosa aspettarsi prima che gli scarponi arrivino. Tutto il resto del processo è stato impeccabile, e rispedirei volentieri i miei scarponi in fabbrica.

I had a pair of Asolo walking boots many years ago (think I bought them in North Wales). When my wife was looking for a pair of walking shoes, I told her how impressed I was with them. She bought a pair and said they are so comfortable and nice, so I followed her and bought a pair. Wow they are so good, very comfortable, very lightweight and fit for purpose. Would definitely recommend your brand to others. Martin

I really like the shoes, but I unintentionally ordered the wrong size. This is the first time I've done that online, and although it is correctly marked the way it is formatted makes it easy to make a mistake. I thought I was ordering the U.S. size and it was the UK size. Since it turned out to be my sister's size, I did not return them, but I think clearer marking could reduce mistakes. The shoes themselves are great and my sister likes them too.

Oslo is excellent boots I went through 5 pairs of boots I just love them. I wear a size 5. I am so glad I found my size but I would like to have size 5 in leather. 🙏🏻🙏🏻😂

I signed up to be notified when the boots I wanted were back in stock. I received a notice the boots were back in stock and I could order the boots, but it was in Italian. I was able to discern the meanings of the words and entered in my information, but I was concerned that the boots would be coming from a warehouse in Italy and I was leery that I would actually receive the boots. Much to my surprise I received the boots within a few days.

Asolo recently repaired my well-worn pair of hiking boots through Asolo's resoling service. The service was superb: expert craftmanship for the resoling, and excellent communication throughout the process. My boots were better than new upon return -- resoled beautifully, the scuff guard extended, the leather restored, even new laces. Shipping to Italy wasn't easy or cheap (no fault of Asolo!), but the rest of the process was perfect. Thanks!
