Fugitive Gtx - Size : UK 11½-US 12-EU 46⅓

The shoes look bomb proof, and your wide sizes are actually wide. The tread is very stiff and I like the lacing system. The tread patter is very aggressive and works well in both the mud and rocky terrain. They are also very light considering the stiffness of the tread and the fact they are slight taller than a mid height. The gortex works well and keep my feet dry walking around on the wet grass or stepping in a shallow puddle. The insole is harder than I'd like with a little less arch support. But becuase the shoes are sized to be roomy I can put in custome insoles and where boot cushion darn tough socks which makes for a pretty confertable experience

I’v been wearing Asolo Fugitive GTX boots every day for at least 15 years! Really, I’m likely one of their best customers. They fit my foot perfectly, they look great and give my feet good support (no fatigue). I keep three pairs, a good new clean pair for looking good, an everyday pair for work, gym, hiking, etc, and an old pair for yard or construction work. I just bought a new pair. I messed up the size when ordering but no problem the Asolo customer service fixed the order before delivery. So I’m a very happy Asolo customer :-)

The fitting size is okay. The wearing of the shoes. To early to say. My last pair ( other brand) lasted 20 year with many kilometers. So you will have challenge to compete

FUGITIVE GTX - Size : UK 10-US 10½-EU 44½

Bought my first pair of GTX back in 2015. As an active airsoft player, at least 5-10 times per year I attend all weather 24h airsoft events that include 30 kilometers of walking/running across rough Dalmatian landscape. I weight 100 kg and carry at least 15kg of equipment on each event, so I put a lot of pressure on my footwear. Never ever since I've started using these boots have I experienced blisters, leg injuries or wet feet (I've been literally standing up to my joints in water). Never have I sensed any odors from the boots, no matter how long I wore them. Though robust enough to endure rough terrains, these boots are light weight and comfortable. After almost seven years of punishing, my old boots need resoling, but are still undamaged, comfortable and waterproof.

Superbes chaussures de rando, désign magnifique, dès qu'on les a aux pieds, on est comme dans des pantoufles, c'est ma 4e paire, j'en suis toujours aussi contente. Je marche beaucoup, chaque paire dure 3 ans.
