I have bought many handbags from this company both online and personally in their shops. Following a recent online purchase, the item was not suitable and required to e returned. The online assistance provided was extremely poor, return costs much higher than other shippers, And incomplete information provided for the return. I was also offered a discount ( as a platitude) on a future purchase but this had many limitations regarding what could be purchased. The online communication was also slow and required continuous prompting. Whilst the quality of the handbags is good, I would not recommend a business who is not interested in supporting the customer when the sale has not met with their expectations.

Bellissimo design e qualità della pelle, ma a livello delle cuciture e della cerniera vi sono delle sfilacciature. Ho fatto presente ciò al customer Service mandando le relative foto e sono in attesa di risposta

I am very disappointed in my purchase. Although the workmanship and quality of the bag is beautiful....it does NOT match the measurements offered in your web site. This bag is HUGH! I have measured the bag and checked it against measurements posted on your site and they do not match. I am Soooo sad! I loved the looks of it and was so excited to receive it...but I just don't have a reasonable use for something so LARGE!

I was so excited to get this purse as we had bought a couple of things from this brand when we were in Italy. However, I just received my bag today after paying duty and the exchange rate and the zipper is broken. I am very disappointed and hoping you stand behind your products. I have a video right after I took it out of the box 2 minutes after it was delivered and it won't work. If I force it I will break it. Please let me know what to do as it was very expensive and I expected the same quality as the ones be had already purchased.

Esperienza deludente e pessima avevo scritto in chat WhatsApp se era disponibile il colore Lion per la borsa shopping che avevo prenotato e mi è stato risposto di sì invece mi avete inviato la borsa di un'altro colore il camel rispondendo che non era più disponibile il colore Lion ,non comprerò più da voi ,azienda poco seria ,con me avete chiuso

Ho acquistato una gift card per mia moglie,pensando che potesse usarla in negozio. Invece solo al momento dell'acquisto,un messaggio dice che è possibile l'acquisto esclusivamente sul sito. Ho subito scritto una mail e non ho ricevuto risposta, poi un altra con lo stesso risultato!
