good fit and well constructed. I find that the boa dial doesn't hold it's position so it loosens over time, the tongue construction also slides to one side and the pattern should be extended so the tongue wings don't hang up on the eyestay. The upper materials are nice but i find that they do not hold up to low branches and rocks, the material scuffs easily and tears. The shape of the heel counter and foam package is awesome and I like the little detail with the welded grips on the inside. I have noticed however that those grips give me hot spots on big long rides, especially with more climbing involved.

The new shoes (Terra Atlas with Boa system) I ordered have the same size (45) than my previous ones, different model (Terra), and are a little bit smaller (that's why I only put 4 stars). Because of this size shrink they are ok for small trips (up to 3 hours), but become uncomfortable (not large enough) for longer trips (I ride up to 500km non-stop).

Really nice fit. Cuts wider than the other models which helps me a lot (using the 'wide' version in Road shoes). Great style, good grip at the heel (no slipping) and surprisingly comfortable to walk. Size: Needed 1/2 Size up compared to road shoes. Road I use 44.5 wide and here I needed a 45.

I went a half size up with these however I’ve been experiencing aching and burning at my toes. Riding more than an hour in these are very uncomfortable. Perhaps I got the sizing wrong, maybe I need something that’s wider in the toe area
