Thank you for your review. We see your return was accepted and processed. I see you mentioned a bend in the heel in your review. This was not disclosed in the return request. Please note that we do have a warranty policy which is good for one year from the date of purchase. The bend could have been considered a defect and the boots would have been replaced free of charge. If you ever have trouble with the boots like this again, please let us know right away and we can begin a warranty evaluation. As for sizing, we recommend ordering your everyday shoe size. If you are a half size, we will typically recommend going up to the next full size. Please note, our wide boots are considered an E width.
