Shopping for the boots was easy. Getting them however was a major issue. They took over two weeks to be delivered and I paid $45 for 2 day shipping. Fantastic product. Piss poor service.

After the order was placed on January 25, 2026, we received your request to update the delivery address on January 26. To ensure the boots were sent to the correct location, we immediately instructed our warehouse team to pull the order from the processing queue and hold it until we could confirm the new details with you. Once you provided the new address on January 27, we relayed that to the warehouse instantly. Your order was rushed, processed, and shipped out that very same day. Unfortunately, looking at the current FedEx tracking, we can see there is a delay in transit on the carrier's end. We sincerely apologize for this wait; we know how important it was to get these boots to your son as quickly as possible, and we did everything in our power to expedite the process on our side. We completely understand the frustration caused by shipping delays. To help make this right, we have issued a refund for the expedited shipping cost. Hey I love my boots that I have but I sent a pair of boots to my wife in basic training and she never received them it says there we delivered but she never got them can I refund them or am I sol

They got them delivered to my barracks, the customer support was very helpful and overall pleasant in addressing my concerns, only complaint is the 2-3 day shipping actually took a week.

Excellent customer service, I paid for two day shipping and did not receive them in that time. They later refunded the extra money I paid and still got the boots to me in a timely manner.

I paid $45 for 2 day shipping for them to open back up after after their inventory count then ship it 3 days after that so for me a week and half it took. Then found the boots weren’t a good fit and paid another $50 to mail them back for a refund.., yup.. just threw away $95 Thanks garmont, you’ve taught me not to buy from your website… I would probably buy from garmont if the store near me are contracted to sell them that way u can actually try them on first but other than that?

Boots came super late and I paid an extra $45 dollars for them to arrive earlier before I left for Military Training and they came a day before I left.

Great experience. Would like to have shipping covered or a try out experience to ensure fitting. I’m less likely to purchase boots when shipping is on the buyer for returns and exchanges.
