Hallo, habe im Juni einen Gaskochfeld bei euch bestellt, leider kam das Gerät schon defekt /kaputt an. Mussten feststellen, dass es leider nur zwei Gas Stationen funktionieren und zwei nicht. Habe versucht mehrmals telefonisch per E-Mail das Gerät zu reklamieren. Leider ohne Erfolg. Ich bekomme stattdessen immer wieder den gleichen Text, dass sich jemand vom Kundendienst meldet und sich das Problem annimmt. Werde immer wieder vertröstet, leider ist bis heute nichts passiert. Mittlerweile sind sechs Wochen vergangen.Und ich kann immer nur noch auf zwei Gas Kochfeld Stationen kochen.Finde dass mittlerweile sehr schade und sehr anstrengend. Frage mich, wieso die Geräte im Ausland verkauft werden und bei Probleme keine Lösung zu haben. Euer Kundendienst ist leider sehr mangelhaft😤. Würde kein Gerät mehr bei euch kaufen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen. Also bleibt mir jetzt nur zwei Möglichkeiten, ein Anwalt einzuschalten oder selbst ein Kundendienst im Auftraggeber, auf eigene Kosten. Der auf Gasherd spezialisiert ist. Wo ich denke, das liegt nicht in meinen Aufgabenbereich. Habe schließlich ein neues Gerät bei euch bestellt für viel Geld und das Gerät hat noch Garantie. Sehr schade, Sehr enttäuscht. !☹️

Worst experience with shopping on line. I ordered an induction cooking stove, it arrived broken in pieces. It has been 3 weeks now and I have no idea when it will be replaced, how and my new kitchen is arriving. Nobody calls me back or writes me. It is unacceptable

Il piano a induzione Miele che ho ordinato purtroppo è arrivato rotto, sono stati comunque molto corretti e disponibili e mi è stato proposto il rimborso o la sostituzione
