Acquired Taste...Excellent Just ate one five minutes ago. The first one out of the box was a bit of a surprise. I did not know what to expect. The chocolate is a little dense in texture. The balsamic is favorable. The combination is an acquired taste. I have eaten about 6 of these and enjoyed each one more than the previous one so a bit addicting like learning to like Scotch. All I can write is this is an excellent product and introduction to this taste combination. I will buy this again, however, I am now experimenting with balsamic drizzled over different kinds of chocolate.

Something a little different We first came across these at the Malpighi centre in Modena where we were given an overview of how real Balsamic is made. Cue trying pretty much the whole product line and these, slightly unexpectedly, a chocolate filled with sweet Balsamic. Worth trying with a small (decent) coffee and would be perfect after dinner - they are fantastic little morcels of Italian wonder and totally unexpected given what you might expect of Balsamic..
