I received my sunglasses without any hassle. The product is genuine and original. The preparation time and delivery time was mentioned clearly in the webshop and based on that expected to recieve it in 3 weeks but it inly took 2 weeks. I’m quite happy with my purchase. Only one feedback I have that is the packaging was loose for such an expensive sunglass. The sunglass was in its original box and the box was in a package three times bigger and the sunglass box inside it wasn't fixed with fillers. This could harm the product if not carried with care! Mine was fortunately perfectly fine but a better packaging could save some of the buyers a lot of headaches.

j ai commandé 2 verres pour les Rayban chromix , reçu en temps et en heure , rapide et justa avant les vacances . j ai changé le verre cassé , ( 2 mn ) , et c est reparti avec mes jolies lunettes, Merci pour tout super site 👍🙏👏👏

I found vistaexpert through Google whilst searching for a specific pair of sunglasses. I was unsure about the website at first, however, Decided to proceed. Excellent communication and shipping updates. The lead time was - little off, it does state this on the website. This was my only gripe, could do with a more accurate delivery timeline Sunglasses arrived today. Well packaged, in brand new condition, flawless. Love the sunglasses, will definitely be using vistaexpert again. Great service overall

Excellent shopping experience and beautiful, authentic products. My Bottega Veneta sunglasses arrived incredibly quickly, and I am very happy with the product. The sunglasses are beautiful and exactly as expected. Vistaexpert offers a great selection of luxury and designer eyewear, and I also really appreciate the variety of payment options available, including Klarna and Scalapay. The only negative point was the delivery service with UPS. Unfortunately, the package was not delivered to my home and was instead left at a collection point, which was quite far from my house. I paid €12 for shipping, so I expected the parcel to be delivered to my address. I have also experienced similar issues with UPS deliveries in Portugal in the past. I think this is something Vistaexpert should be aware of, as other customers in Portugal may experience the same problem. Considering the relatively high shipping cost, it would be worth considering alternative delivery partners that provide the service customers are actually paying for. Apart from the delivery issue, I highly recommend Vistaexpert. The products are beautiful, authentic and from excellent luxury brands, and the shopping experience itself was very good. I would definitely shop with Vistaexpert again.
