I ordered a pair of grips and installation was straightforward until one of the screws to tighten the grips broke in half, leaving half the screw embedded in the grip. I reached out to Brooks by filling out the form on the Web site with the required details. I received an automated response with additional hoops to jump through to try and receive support. A week later, I received no response and followed the same steps again. Two weeks after my initial request, I have still not received a response or support for repairing/replacing the product. I have tried to find other ways to contact the company, but the Web site lacks a customer service phone number or alternative contacts.

I am comfortable with my saddle, after a couple of years of use it needs some maintenance. Therefore I went online to purchase origial parts to service it. I found what I think needed, still have not done the planned repair so I will confirm it once I fiish the job. Nevertheless repairing it with original parts is on the expensive side.

The saddle bags showed up way faster than I expected. Quality is very high plus a great look and easy to install. The orange color is vibrant but not overbearing. The leather trim, I think its real leather, is classy and understated. Capacity is good…about what you would expect. The one improvement I can come up with is that it needs a top center handle for carrying. The strap that you see in the pic us only connected to the elastic bungee type cords and is intended to hold down cargo, not bear weight. I’m just saying it would be nice to lift it off the bike, carry in the store, load it up, then return it to the bike…all from a top center handle…other than that, WE LOVE IT!!

I bought the Peckham Low basket and I love it. It was shipped quickly and arrived without issue via UPS. I was worried about tariffs, but there were none assessed.

The shopping experience was as excellent. I had no issues finding what I was looking for and wanted to purchase. The DDP freight terms make things easy for the customer and ensure there are no surprise fees or taxes at delivery. Obviously, none of this matters if Brooks didn’t make exceptional products! Will recommend to others and buy again.

Purchase and delivery process was seamless. Shipping was quick and the saddle is lovely. I wish there was some bar tape to match.

Leider schlechte performance, falsches Produkt zugesandt, Sendung durch Paketdienstleister umständlich, Mails diesbezüglich widersprüchlich, Rücksendung ebenfalls umständlich und mit Verzögerung kommuniziert. Rücküberweisung dann immerhin zügig.

Unfortunately the first saddle broken too early but i can say that this saddle is the best very confortable , often I can use the bicycle without special byke pants. I hope that this one replaced in warranty has a long-lasting. Thanks
