I was really excited about this brand, but the soles were so hard I cannot believe that they claimed you could run in them! They were also very narrow around the toes, despite me having researched the model most suitable for my wide toes (the shoes are basically not foot shape - like so many shoes these days) Finally, I wanted to return the shoes, and started the process online. There's no option for if you don't have handy option to a printer to just get a QR code, and today I've tried to get into my account to retrieve the thing I need to print and there's no way of getting it again! it's a shame as the shoes look well made. just wish they could be foot shaped.

Terrible customer service. They sent a different saddle model than I ordered. They told me to return it and place a new order (the order had a promotional code; a new order wouldn't have it). This is illegal under EU law, which holds the seller responsible for incorrectly processed orders. The product should be returned and the correct item shipped immediately. The seller has NO right to require a new order, especially if it is less advantageous for the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!
