Overall, I had a good experience. The products were shipped quickly, and I received helpful answers via email during the process. However, the email response time was inconsistent. Sometimes I received an answer on the same day, while at another point, I didn't get a reply at all and had to follow up with a new email. Ultimately, I am really happy with the experience."
